COME AND JOIN US FOR SOME FOREST SCHOOL FUN ON A FRIDAY IN TERM TIME
PRE-SCHOOL FOREST SCHOOL CLUB FOR
CHILDREN 18 MONTHS – 5 YEARS & THEIR PARENTS/CARERS

We will run sessions in the spring onwards at the beautiful private Hollington Wood, Emberton, MK46 5JH on the outskirts of Olney.
​
We have an parachute canopy, log circle & fire pit,
a cargo net & a toilet.
We run our fun, active nature Pre-School nature Club, suitable for children aged 18 months/walking – 5 years old at Hollington Wood, Emberton, MK46 5JH,
on the outskirts of Olney.
Younger siblings are of course welcome and there is
no charge for them if they are not walking.

Our all-weather, outdoor clubs are based on a Forest School ethos, which is an inspirational process that offers child led play in a beautiful private setting.
The club has an emphasis on connecting to nature and to each other and are perfect for the children to develop friendships, trust, independence
and confidence in an outdoor environment.

Each week has a different theme leading us through the seasons. With the end of the sessions allowing time for free play, the children can then
choose which activity they’d like to participate in.
Session structure: Hello and welcome – Warm up game – Themed Activity – Story – Free Play activities – Goodbye Stickers & Award Stamps.

We will be doing lots of fun Forest School exploration. But will include some adventure trails/fire lighting/campfire cookery/potion making/bug hunting/mini/den building/muddy play/natural art/imaginary play/ scavenger hunts, etc
​
Sessions are run in small group of 15 - sessions run for 2 hours
Hollington Wood is a beautiful private wood, which has a base camp area with lots of space. A parachute canopy for when the weather is wet, a log circle & fire pit, a mud kitchen, a cargo net and toilet and hand washing facilities.
​
Children need to bring a water bottle, a snack, suitable outdoor
footwear, coat/waterproof or hat/sunscreen as appropriate.
​
* Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits are provided
free of charge at the end of the session
